Fullstack Software Engineer (Mid/Senior)

Location: Central Copenhagen, Denmark; primarily in office. Full-time remote work is not offered.

What you will do

• Build end-to-end features from relational data models and Python backend logic through TypeScript frontend interfaces.
• Develop front-to-back AI capabilities, including in-app assistants, background worker agents, email-routing agents, and configurable agent framework components.
• Design and evolve data models for supplier relationships, approvals, quality records, hierarchies, and audit requirements.
• Turn customer problems and product decisions into production-ready software and contribute to product direction.
• Build and maintain integrations with ERP and adjacent customer systems.
• Review code and improve production reliability, performance, and error handling across regions.

Requirements

• Professional experience with Python and solid experience with TypeScript and frontend development.
• Experience building and operating SaaS products used by real customers after launch.
• Experience owning work end to end with high autonomy and a low-ceremony working style.
• Experience using AI-forward development techniques.
• Willingness to work primarily from the office in central Copenhagen.
• English is required for work with the team and customers; Danish is not required.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B enterprise SaaS and demanding customer implementations.
• Experience with complex relational data modeling and large, long-lived codebases.
• Experience building AI products, including RAG and modern AI frameworks or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of domain-driven design, actor models, finite state machines, CQRS, or event-driven architecture.
• Startup experience or knowledge of manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain domains.
