Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant (Fashion)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden — on-site at the Stockholm HQ

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations.
• Monitor vendor accounts and payable balances.
• Process supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and employee expenses.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with Finance colleagues, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Contribute to finance process improvements and projects.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
• Knowledge of supplier payments, expenses, and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting month-end closing activities.
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
• Understanding of financial controls and compliance.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
