Galenic Development Specialist (Pharmaceutical Formulation)

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and document development, optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer projects for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
• Support the transfer of new products into commercial manufacturing and contribute to lifecycle management.
• Prepare and maintain technical, GMP-relevant, and regulatory documentation.
• Support validation, qualification, stability studies, product registrations, and variations.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing environment and improve formulations and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, R&D, QC, Operations, and external partners.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Physics, or a related scientific discipline.
• Initial experience in galenic development, formulation development, technology transfer, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical development processes.
• Strong analytical, structured, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative working style.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are advantageous.

Nice to have

• PhD in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Technology.
• German language skills.
