DevOps Engineer

Location: Remote, Astana

Software development projects are delivered for clients including PayPal, Wargaming, Xerox, Philips, Adidas, and Toyota.

What you will do

• Design and develop complex software systems from scratch.
• Design project-wide technical solutions.
• Work with GCP services and Kubernetes environments.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes with Terraform and CI/CD tools.
• Establish and control effective development practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in IT.
• Experience with GCP services.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with Terraform automation and CI/CD tooling and practices.
• English sufficient for conversations about technical project aspects.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or another high-level programming language.
• Familiarity with MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jira, and other DevOps tools.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.
