Real World Principal Biostatistician (Biostatistics)

Location: Paddington, United Kingdom; other location: Munich, Germany. Hybrid work is available remotely up to two days per week, or the role may be performed on-site five days per week.

What you will do

• Lead advanced statistical work for clinical trials, observational studies, and real-world data investigations.
• Develop study protocols, sample size estimates, randomization plans, Statistical Analysis Plans, and TFL shells.
• Prepare data review plans, key results memos, dissemination plans, clinical study reports, publications, and posters.
• Provide strategic statistical guidance and collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Health Economics and Outcome Research, Real World Evidence, and programming teams.
• Represent Statistics in Study Execution Team meetings and Statistical Review Forum discussions.
• Contribute to regulatory, payer, review board, and departmental working group interactions.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biostatistics or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or an M.S. in Biostatistics with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced understanding of statistical methods used in drug development and post-marketing research.
• Competence with SAS and R statistical software.
• Strong critical thinking, logical problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with statisticians, non-statisticians, and multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
