Treasury Manager

Location: Saint Helier, Jersey; office-based role

What you will do

• Own short-term liquidity forecasting, improve cash visibility, and identify funding needs, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare covenant calculations, monitor compliance, and deliver lender reporting.
• Manage banking relationships, account mandates, cash movements, and treasury controls.
• Monitor foreign exchange exposures and hedging activities, supporting financial risk analysis.
• Improve treasury processes, forecasting, data quality, controls, systems, and automation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or corporate finance in a commercial environment.
• Strong experience building and managing cash flow and liquidity forecasts and investigating variances.
• Practical knowledge of debt, covenant calculations, compliance monitoring, and lender reporting.
• Experience with banking administration, mandates, cash management processes, FX exposure, and financial risk.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with strong attention to detail, judgement, and independent working ability.

Hiring process

• 30-minute introductory Zoom conversation with a Talent Partner.
• 60-minute Zoom interview with the Finance and Treasury team.
• Practical treasury exercise completed over several days, followed by a presentation.
• Final 60-minute interview with the Finance and People team at the St Helier office.
