We’re searching for an expert to help us craft a great user experience, boost retention, and take our CRM marketing to the next level.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and execute our CRM strategy (Email, Push, Messengers, etc.)
Conduct audience segmentation, run A/B tests, and analyze results Optimize conversion funnels and drive LTV/Retention
Work closely with Product, Analytics, and Design teams
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a Senior CRM / Lifecycle Manager
Deep understanding of metrics and data-driven decision-making
Experience with modern CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
