Deputy Treasurer (Corporate Treasury)

What you will do

• Partner with the Treasurer to execute the global treasury strategy for the Capsules and Health Ingredients business.
• Establish and develop treasury operations covering capital structure, financing, liquidity, cash management, governance, and banking relationships.
• Lead liquidity management, cash forecasting, working capital optimization, cash pooling, and intercompany funding.
• Manage banking relationships, treasury infrastructure, technology platforms, debt facilities, guarantees, and letters of credit.
• Oversee foreign exchange, interest rate, counterparty, and liquidity risk management, including hedging strategies.
• Drive automation, process standardization, system optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Significant experience in corporate treasury, preferably in a complex multinational environment.
• Expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, funding, and financial risk management.
• Strong knowledge of treasury systems, controls, governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives and influencing stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Strategic, analytical, commercially minded, and able to provide strong leadership and communication.
