What you will do
- Oversee performance, stability, and security of shared and WordPress hosting infrastructure
- Lead a team of system admins, support staff, and developers managing hosting environments
- Manage cPanel/WHM servers ensuring consistent service quality
- Drive innovation in speed, scalability, and security of WordPress hosting
- Plan and launch new hosting features, plugins, and value-add services
- Collaborate with support and marketing teams to improve client satisfaction and competitive positioning
Requirements
- 7+ years experience managing shared or WordPress hosting platforms
- Strong knowledge of cPanel/WHM, LiteSpeed, MySQL, PHP, and server hardening
- Experience leading technical teams and support operations
- Familiarity with WordPress optimization techniques (caching, CDN, security plugins)
- Data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring mindset
