What you will do
- Design and deploy scalable IPFS infrastructure across global data centers
- Architect high-availability peer-to-peer systems using libp2p and custom overlays
- Improve content discovery and data retrieval performance in IPFS clusters
- Develop internal services for pinning, data indexing, and replication
- Optimize content persistence, garbage collection, and deduplication
- Coordinate with blockchain and backend teams to bridge IPFS with smart contracts and Web3 domains
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and managing distributed systems
- Strong understanding of IPFS internals, DHT, content addressing, and CID mechanics
- Experience with peer-to-peer protocols such as libp2p or BitTorrent
- Advanced skills in Go, Rust, or Python
- Solid background in Linux systems, networking, and distributed file systems
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
Nice to have
- Contributions to IPFS, Filecoin, or related open-source projects
- Experience building decentralized CDN or similar high-throughput P2P systems
- Familiarity with blockchain-integrated storage logic such as on-chain pin records or tokenized access control
- Background in network simulation or modeling tools
