Senior Product Manager (Hosting & Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own full product lifecycle for hosting and infrastructure automation services
• Lead roadmap planning and coordinate with development, operations, and support teams
• Define feature specifications, success metrics, and release strategies
• Evaluate infrastructure performance and drive backend improvements
• Partner with Data Center, DevOps, and Engineering teams for scalability and availability
• Manage platform updates, control panel integrations, and server provisioning logic

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in web hosting or SaaS infrastructure
• Deep understanding of hosting technologies including VPS, shared, dedicated, cloud, Proxmox, VMware, cPanel
• Experience collaborating with DevOps and infrastructure teams
• Strong skills in writing product requirements and user stories
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Technical background or certifications in networking, Linux, or cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Ceph, Proxmox, Ansible, or hosting security solutions
• Experience launching new server locations or working with data center partners
• Knowledge of IPv6, IP reputation, abuse workflows, and hosting UI/UX improvements
