TL;DR

Sr. Solution Architect, SAP (SAP): Supporting SAP sales opportunities and designing managed-services solutions for enterprise clients with an accent on SAP product expertise, solution scoping, and business-case development. Focus on leading functional and technical discovery, creating proposals and pricing, and translating SAP roadmaps into scalable support solutions.

Location: Remote, Philippines. Travel expectation: 35%–50%, including some travel outside the Philippines for global initiatives.

What you will do

Partner with Sales Account Executives throughout the sales cycle for SAP opportunities in the Philippines.
Engage clients to understand their SAP roadmaps and position hirify.global solutions based on business cases, ROI, and risk assessment.
Lead solution scoping, functional and technical Q&A, solution design, pricing calculations, proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
Act as a conduit between clients, Sales, Delivery, and Strategic Services teams.
Contribute to initiatives supporting the growth and profitability of SAP product lines.

Requirements

Significant experience in SAP pre-sales engineering or pre-sales solution architecture, with a proven record of contributing to closed deals.
Extensive experience with SAP ECC/Business Suite, SAP S/4HANA support, and managed services.
Extensive experience with SAP HANA, SAP ASE/Sybase, and SAP BusinessObjects support and managed services.
Experience with SAP RISE, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, and other SAP Cloud products, including SAP Analytics Cloud, Ariba, Commerce Cloud, Concur, Fieldglass, and SuccessFactors.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, plus experience in consultative selling and global matrixed organizations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

Experience creating managed-services proposals and estimating staffing and costs.
Experience with SAP Security and standards such as PCI, NERC, and CIP.
Experience with ServiceNow.
