Stagiaire Corporate Lending - Origination & Execution / Credit Analyst

What you will do

• Support the Corporate Lendhirify.global team from origination through execution of financhirify.global transactions.
• Participate in client markethirify.global efforts and target Lead Lendhirify.global roles in strategic financhirify.global transactions.
• Prepare commercial presentations and financial models to present financhirify.global options to clients.
• Contribute to credit analysis, financhirify.global structure design, and negotiation of legal documentation.
• Assist Transaction Managers, Senior Bankers, and the Portfolio Manager with client portfolio management.

Requirements

• University, business school, or engineerhirify.global school education at Bac +4/5 level, with a Bankhirify.global or Finance specialization.
• Comfortable in written and spoken English and French.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinkhirify.global, synthetic, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, includhirify.global complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Curiosity, open-mindedness, proactivity, rigor, and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Interest in the highly regulated bankhirify.global sector, risk management, and financial analysis demonstrated through internships or personal and professional projects.

• Experience with VBA.
