Product Intern (Robotics)

What you will do

• Extract, clean, and analyse robot fleet telemetry from LionsCloud, including task completion, cleaning coverage, interruptions, and errors.
• Build a recurring fleet-performance dashboard and analyse field incidents and voice-of-customer records using fleet-normalised prevalence rates.
• Conduct interviews and on-site observations with cleaning operators, service technicians, and distributors, then create journey maps and prioritised friction lists.
• Wireframe and prototype improvements to the on-robot interface and LionsCloud web and mobile applications in Figma.
• Run lightweight usability tests with five to eight operators per iteration.
• Write requirement briefs and user stories with acceptance criteria, support release planning, and own one small feature end to end under supervision.

Requirements

• Ability to independently extract, clean, and analyse robot fleet telemetry and present data-backed findings.
• Ability to plan and conduct research with non-technical operators, including scripting, consent, observation, and synthesis.
• Ability to produce journey maps, wireframes, and clickable prototypes that can be used by engineering or design.
• Ability to write requirements that clearly separate the problem, evidence, scope, acceptance criteria, and out-of-scope items.
• Ability to present recommendations to Product, Engineering, and Service leads and defend methods, sample sizes, and assumptions.
