Client Service Associate (Investment Accounting)

What you will do

• Manage client inquiries and requests across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Provide accurate information on financial statements and analytics reporting.
• Complete account setup, client lockdowns, compliance activities, and reconciliation validation.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data and use internal reconciliation tools.
• Prioritize workflows based on productivity and quality metrics while resolving complex client queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, build client relationships, and support the training and oversight of junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, and interest income.
• Familiarity with accounting, compliance, risk, and performance reports.
• Intermediate understanding of fixed income and equity investments.
• Strong Microsoft Office, documentation, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
