Talent Acquisition Leader, Engineering APJ (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Define and deliver the end-to-end engineering hiring strategy across the APJ region.
• Lead complex senior engineering searches from market mapping and outreach through assessment, offers, and closing.
• Partner with engineering leaders, PX/TA centers of excellence, vendors, and RPO providers to align priorities and delivery.
• Build, coach, and lead a scalable in-house Talent Acquisition team.
• Develop technical talent pipelines across autonomy, robotics, vision, perception, simulation, machine learning, and infrastructure.
• Improve interview processes, candidate experience, pipeline visibility, hiring outcomes, and recruiting spend through data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience building and leading technical recruiting teams at scale in aerospace, defense, robotics, or autonomous systems organizations.
• Experience operating independently as a regional Talent Acquisition leader and adapting global recruiting approaches to regional needs.
• Technical fluency in autonomy stacks, robotics systems, embedded software, distributed systems, simulation environments, and machine learning.
• Experience managing RPO providers, leading change management, redesigning processes, and enabling stakeholder adoption.
• Experience using ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics tools to manage pipelines and hiring decisions.
• Exceptional communication, data storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
