Senior Recruiter (Talent Acquisition): Leading end-to-end recruitment activities in a hybrid Melbourne role with an accent on hiring-manager consultation, candidate engagement, sourcing strategy, and talent pipeline development. Focus on evaluating candidate profiles, delivering strong slates, using market data to guide offers, and managing recruitment communication across the hiring cycle.
Location: Melbourne, Australia; hybrid work with 3 days per week. Work hours: APAC 1st Shift, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.

What you will do
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide market data.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
- Assess candidates against role requirements and deliver qualified candidate slates.
- Maintain timely communication and engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market insights.
Requirements
- Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
- High school diploma.
- English required; work aligned with APAC hours.
