Manager, Quality (Hybrid)

Location: Marysville, Ohio, United States; hybrid role with remote availability and up to 40% travel to domestic sites

Salary: $103,700–$122,000 per year, plus eligibility for corporate bonus programs

What you will do

• Lead supplier and vendor quality programs, including monthly performance reviews, site, laboratory, and traceability audits, CAPA validation, and new supplier qualification.
• Provide matrixed quality oversight to internal manufacturing facilities and contract manufacturers, serving as the escalation point for site issues.
• Develop product waivers and control plans while driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze quality data to identify defect trends, manage strategic projects such as mold management programs, and conduct periodic store audits.
• Support new product commercialization and R&D trials by establishing quality standards early in the launch process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in quality or operations, preferably in manufacturing or contract manufacturing.
• Experience managing external vendors, contract manufacturing operations, scorecards, site audits, and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong data analysis, auditing, communication, influencing, and corrective-action skills.
• Experience developing and standardizing quality procedures and training across matrixed teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to domestic manufacturing and contract sites.

Nice to have

• ISO, Six Sigma, or ASQ certification.
• Experience with process-oriented manufacturing such as injection molding or fertilizer production.
