LiDAR & Visual SLAM Engineer

What you will do

• Develop state-of-the-art SLAM algorithms using LiDAR, IMU, cameras, and sensor-fusion techniques.
• Build sensor calibration, point cloud processing, denoising, panoramic camera stitching, and other sensor-processing algorithms.
• Ensure algorithms can process large-scale scans and optimize them for faster execution.
• Contribute to point cloud research and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate algorithms into the product line and define product and development roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on robotics, computer vision, or point cloud processing.
• 3–5 years of experience in SLAM, point cloud processing, and computer vision.
• Strong foundation in point cloud processing and computer vision.
• Proficiency in modern C++17 or later and experience working with large codebases.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while completing tasks on time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jetson or embedded programming.
