• Manage and develop relationships with construction-sector clients.
• Take responsibility for all services within a client book of business.
• Review and sign engagement letters, approve fees, and hirify.globalrify assignment terms.
• Review work papers, engagement progress, budgets, deadlines, findings, and recommendations.
• Lead client meetings and support audit and financial planning objectives.
• Develop, mentor, and oversee client engagement teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of public accounting experience.
• Experience with financial statement preparation and audits.
• CPA license required.
• Ability to work in the Arlington, Virginia office or another specified U.S. office location.
