Software Developer Intern (Robotics)

Develops software solutions for automation, industrial processes, robotic programming, and machine vision.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize software modules using Python and C# for automation and industrial processes.
• Prototype and test robotic control logic, path-planning algorithms, and 3D data workflows in a Unity-based sandbox environment.
• Collect, clean, format, and validate robotics and vision datasets.
• Test and debug algorithms and software modules to improve reliability and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate software requirements into product features.
• Develop expertise in robotic systems and machine vision through internal training.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with Git and software development life cycles.
• Experience or familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of C#, C++, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Fusion, Blender, or Unity.
