Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. Office-based role; other listed locations include Atlanta, Greenville, Raleigh, Nashville, and Birmingham.

What you will do

• Manage a commercial lending book exceeding $100MM in commitments and/or outstandings, or support specialty areas such as syndications, large corporate lending, or asset-based lending.
• Service, deepen, and retain profitable customer relationships by evaluating and mitigating business risks and opportunities.
• Own credit oversight and monitoring for assigned commercial portfolio risks.
• Ensure underwriting quality, portfolio administration, and credit quality while working with commercial management and credit leadership.
• Partner with relationship managers and treasury management teams to grow fees, deposits, and portfolio revenue through appropriate financial solutions.
• Manage delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing bases, portfolio reviews, specialized reporting, annual reviews, and criticized loans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience in commercial lending portfolio management, credit underwriting, and risk monitoring.
• Ability to collaborate with relationship managers, treasury management, commercial management, and credit officers.
