SAP Transportation Management Solution Engineer

What you will do

• Support data mapping and transformation between SAP TM and other enterprise systems.
• Own SAP TM configuration, transportation processes, selection and planning profiles, batch jobs, and related documentation.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, implement fixes, and optimize transportation processes and custom developments.
• Maintain consistency between SAP TM environments across ECC and S/4HANA.
• Lead low-level design, integrated quality assurance testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
• Develop functional and technical specifications and collaborate with IT, business transportation, and user teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, computer science, or a related field, plus at least five years of progressive SAP TM experience.
• At least five years of hands-on SAP TM implementation, configuration, and support experience, including two full-cycle end-to-end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Freight Order Management, transportation planning, carrier selection, freight execution, and freight settlement.
• Experience with SAP TM 9.6, S/4HANA TM, ABAP debugging, OData services, RAP, Fiori, UI5, and SAP integration technologies.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP SD, MM, EWM, PI/PO, or CPI, as well as BOPF and AIF.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring junior consultants, communicating with non-technical stakeholders, and delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
