Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work with office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays

Estimated total on-target earnings: €85,000–€95,000 per year, including base salary and incentive pay.

What you will do

• Partner with GTM leaders, with a focus on Sales, and own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through close.
• Design creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent across EMEA markets.
• Build scalable hiring plans and structured evaluation processes while delivering thoughtful candidate experiences.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners on holistic talent strategies.
• Use AI tools and recruiting data to improve processes and provide market insights.
• Scale recruiting best practices while adapting them to regional requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical, or GTM functions.
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close exceptional talent across multiple levels.
• Experience coaching and advising hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and support inclusive hiring.
• Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Nice to have

• Passion for using technology and AI to transform recruiting processes.
• Fluency in an additional European language.
