Hub Coordinator (Automotive)

Salary: USD 27–30 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee hub operations, facility standards, security protocols, vehicle storage, and vehicle reception.
• Coordinate vehicle setup, maintenance schedules, inspections, software updates, and fleet uptime.
• Plan and optimize routes for effective automotive data collection across changing conditions.
• Assign daily shifts, support dispatch operations, monitor personnel performance, and assist with onboarding and training.
• Coordinate data handling, secure transportation of recorded media, and progress against collection targets.
• Report operational status, performance metrics, discrepancies, and corrective actions to project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite at the Hutto, Texas facility.
• Ability to coordinate multiple shifts and operational activities across a vehicle fleet.
• Ability to monitor personnel performance and ensure technical and professional qualification standards.
• Ability to identify operational issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Availability for the Monday-to-Friday schedule and full-time contract engagement.
