What you will do
- Lead finance, accounting, and legal functions, building effective teams, accountability structures, and internal workflows.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, performance analysis, and executive reporting.
- Develop financial models and assess investments, partnerships, expansion opportunities, and other strategic initiatives.
- Modernize financial operations through process standardization, automation, reporting improvements, and ERP implementation or migration.
- Oversee contracts, corporate governance, licensing, regulatory compliance, taxation, audits, and financial controls.
- Advise the CEO and executive stakeholders on international operations, business development, and complex commercial transactions.
Requirements
- Senior financial leadership experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent, with substantial exposure to legal matters or responsibility for the Legal function.
- Advanced expertise in corporate finance and FP&A, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning, and executive reporting.
- Practical knowledge of corporate and commercial law, contractual matters, international legal entities, governance, and regulatory obligations.
- Experience with taxation, audit procedures, internal controls, compliance, and financial transformation projects, including ERP deployment or migration.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, business judgment, and executive communication skills.
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher and native or fluent Ukrainian are required.
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming, FinTech, payments, or another internationally regulated sector.
- Experience scaling operations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience with M&A, investment projects, corporate reorganizations, or complex international business arrangements.
