HR Global Services Advisor for Türkiye and Greece

Location: Athens, Attiki, Greece, or Istanbul, Türkiye; office-based.

What you will do

• Deliver HR Global Services across Türkiye and Greece, advising employees, managers, local HR, and business stakeholders on HR policies, systems, processes, and local legislation.
• Manage HR lifecycle activities including pre-hire checks, Workday hiring, pre-onboarding, onboarding, data changes, leave of absence, disability claims, compensation, benefits, and termination processes.
• Review and implement country HR processes and policies, maintain HR controls, support audits and regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• Create employee and manager communications, informational materials, knowledge-base articles, and training content covering HR policies, recruitment, benefits, compensation, and procedures.
• Identify trends and improve HR systems, workflows, automation, employee experience, and access to HR platforms in partnership with HR systems and process integration teams.
• Support HR projects, acquisitions, organizational changes, onboarding and offboarding improvements, manager coaching, reporting, headcount and turnover analysis, and people solutions for the site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or related HR services experience with demonstrated competence.
• Typically 4–7 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist, HR Administration, payroll, and/or HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret and use people data for HR decisions.
• Understanding of HRIS and HR systems, with good digital literacy and interest in HR technology, automation, and data analytics.
• Fluent English and Turkish and/or Greek.
• Effective communication, adaptability and flexibility, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday.
• Power BI experience.
• SHRM-CP certification.
• PHR or SPHR certification.
