Senior Business Analyst (Banking)

Location: Ruse or Sofia, Bulgaria

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, clarify, and document requirements for a banking project.
• Translate business needs into structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA engineers, and business and IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-team discussions, dependencies, activities, and open decisions.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery activities.
• Own assigned features and business topics through implementation, testing, and release.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong product-oriented mindset and ability to challenge requirements and contribute to prioritization.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with requirements analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Experience or understanding of banking products and processes is advantageous.
