Creatio Developer (Fintech)

Location: Worldwide; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work options are available.

Salary: EUR 1,300–2,700 per month gross. Additional annual bonus opportunities may provide up to EUR 1,000 per month depending on expertise.

What you will do

• Develop and enhance a Creatio-based CRM and loan origination platform.
• Analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and implement new functionality.
• Configure and maintain Test, PreProd, and Production environments.
• Manage Creatio packages, dependencies, system settings, migrations, releases, and rollback plans.
• Develop and maintain integrations with payment, credit scoring, financial monitoring, AML/CFT, biometric, and electronic signature systems.
• Prepare technical documentation and perform post-deployment checks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience, including 2+ years with Creatio development and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of Creatio client-side and server-side architecture, configuration packages, schemas, objects, replacing modules, and dependencies.
• Experience with Sencha Ext JS, RequireJS, REST API, SOAP, OData, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, XML, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience configuring business processes, sections, pages, details, lookups, business rules, and deployment environments.
• English: Intermediate or above required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PL/pgSQL and WCF, including maintenance of existing SOAP integrations.
• Experience in microfinance, banking, or fintech.
• Experience with CRM systems, loan origination platforms, and lending workflows.
• Experience integrating external financial and information services.
