Brand Designer (SaaS)

Location: Remote; part time, 10–20 hours per week

hirify.global is a startup developing a SaaS product and establishing its brand and market presence.

What you will do

• Develop visual assets for the website, newsletter, social media platforms, and presentations.
• Maintain visual consistency across marketing materials and external brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the Content Manager to translate marketing strategies into visual campaigns.
• Create and develop the brand style guide.
• Align marketing visuals with the in-product design experience and advocate for design quality.
• Apply digital product design expertise to optimize visuals for different screen sizes and contexts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, visual design, or content design.
• Experience with complex B2B products is strongly preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and take ownership of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe tools; knowledge of Figma is a plus.
• Experience creating and presenting design concepts.

Nice to have

• Formal design education.
• Startup and SaaS experience.
• Experience with animation or motion design.
• Interest in applying AI and other new technologies to enhance user experience.
