Frontend Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; onsite five days a week

hirify.global develops robotics and software to automate on-site construction, building hardware and software in-house.

What you will do

• Build internal tools for robot operations, site logistics, maintenance, and manufacturing.
• Design and develop tools for managing a growing robot fleet across multiple sites.
• Extend Fenestra, an internal application for viewing and editing data from different sources.
• Turn operational and manufacturing prototypes into production software while improving data models and code quality.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers, control engineers, and robot operators to solve complex product problems.
• Write typed TypeScript and React code, debug production issues, and deploy and maintain backend services.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping full-featured web applications with idiomatic TypeScript.
• Experience building products from zero to one independently or in a small team, demonstrated through a project or portfolio.
• Strong UI and UX design judgment.
• High ownership and the ability to drive projects from start to finish in an evolving environment.
• Ability to learn new languages and tools quickly, with basic familiarity with Linux systems and SSH-based debugging.
• Ability to work onsite in Amsterdam five days per week.

• Experience using coding agents while retaining ownership of shipped features.
