Technical Website Intern (React)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands

hirify.global develops digital banking products and services focused on making everyday banking easier for users.

What you will do

• Strengthen the shared component library supporting hirify.global.com.
• Clean up deprecated components and duplicated patterns by merging them into typed components without changing their visual appearance.
• Fix accessibility, performance, and browser-compatibility defects identified during quality control.
• Help maintain good Core Web Vitals on key conversion pages.
• Write and maintain automated tests with Vitest and Playwright.
• Use AI for coding and testing while critically reviewing its output before release.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Understanding of the DOM, CSS cascade, responsive layouts, browser rendering, and Core Web Vitals.
• Basic knowledge of automated testing and willingness to learn Vitest and Playwright.
• Basic React knowledge and interest in learning atomic design and design tokens.
• Ability to identify incorrect AI-generated code and testing output.
• Attention to accessibility and consistent behavior across browsers and devices.
