Nordic Data & Analytics Specialist (AI)

Location: Based in one of the Nordic capitals, preferably Stockholm: Stockholm, Copenhagen V, Oslo, or Helsinki.

What you will do

• Build a detailed understanding of datasets, data connections, information flows, and related business processes.
• Explore and quality-test Snowflake data using SQL to validate fields, reconcile numbers, and investigate data issues.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines at the consumption and transformation layer.
• Design, build, and improve Tableau and BI dashboards used across the Nordic markets.
• Translate stakeholder questions into analyses covering headcount, hiring, attrition, engagement, and other People Analytics topics.
• Support colleagues with data questions and help prototype AI tools such as Claude and Agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data, Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 3 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or a related area.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to learn Snowflake, with experience working with data and Excel.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep, BI tools, and AI.
• Proficiency in a Nordic language.
