TL;DR

What you will do
- Build, test, and maintain data pipelines and models with dbt and Dagster.
- Set up data flows and ensure data is reliable, documented, and easy to use.
- Maintain the business operations model and monitor key metrics.
- Build Looker dashboards and develop the underlying LookML.
- Perform analyses and present findings and recommendations to marketing, operations, and product stakeholders.
- Help design and evaluate A/B tests using SQL and Python.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in a data role such as data analyst, analytics engineer, BI developer, or data engineer.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modelling.
- Experience building data pipelines or data models, ideally with dbt.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Ability to explain technical work and findings clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- Fluent English is required as the working language.
Nice to have
- Experience with Dagster, Airflow, or Prefect.
- Experience with Looker, LookML, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with Git, code review, and CI in a data setting.
- Experience with A/B testing, statistics, marketing, product, or healthcare data.
- Degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, economics, or another quantitative field.
