Customs Analyst

What you will do

• Collect and analyse customs and business data to provide reports, visualisations, and actionable insights.
• Align data analysis, reporting, visualisation, and analytical tools across regions.
• Use VBA, SQL, Access, Excel, and Power BI to support data and analytics improvements.
• Analyse mission-critical data to drive compliance and reduce costs.
• Improve data quality and accuracy while supporting automation and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Advanced skills in data analytics, data collection, data cleansing, and converting data into actionable insights.
• Experience with information modelling and data hierarchies at different levels.
• Knowledge of business analysis methods, requirements management, and testing.
• A few years of experience in an analyst role, using technology and analysis to support efficiency, compliance, and business decisions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the customs and trade industry.
• Strong tactical and operational thinking.
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate complex classification topics clearly.
