What you will do

• Lead paid search performance for TikTok for Business across 24 international markets.
• Own conversion, pipeline, and ROI targets for a high-spend global account.
• Optimise bidding, audiences, keywords, creative assets, landing pages, and measurement.
• Build and execute testing roadmaps, using performance data to identify opportunities and scale effective approaches.
• Develop scalable account structures and partner with analytics teams on tracking, attribution, and measurement.
• Manage four activation specialists in Poland and coordinate delivery between the London and Poland teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale paid search programmes focused on performance outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of optimisation, experimentation, measurement, and conversion-focused marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Strong project management skills across multiple priorities and markets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders, influence teams, and provide clear direction.
• Right to work in the UK and availability for a hybrid schedule in London.
