What you will do
- Write domain-specific CBRN prompts, including adversarial prompts that test AI model vulnerabilities and resistance to dangerous outputs.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, scientific validity, reliability, ethical integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and flag incorrect, harmful, misleading, or ethically concerning content.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve prompt design and AI-generated content.
- Track current research, regulations, and best practices in the relevant area of expertise.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant CBRN field; a Ph.D. is preferred, while a Master's degree with significant experience may be considered.
- Deep expertise in at least one area: biology, chemistry, virology, nuclear energy, or radioactive materials.
- Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clearly presenting findings and recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Completion of a screening exam and background check is required.
Nice to have
- Expertise across multiple CBRN domains.
- Experience with AI or machine learning projects.
- Background in content moderation, academic review, red-teaming, or consulting.
- Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI-generated content and adversarial prompt writing.
