Ireland Site Industrial Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Leixlip, Ireland; hybrid work model with time split between the assigned hirify.global site and off-site work.

Annual salary: €71,300–€111,300.

What you will do

• Manage factory capacity and identify, assess, and mitigate risks during production ramps.
• Plan equipment purchases, manage inventory, and improve productivity to meet customer demand.
• Analyze process changes, inventory controls, and production record systems, then implement operational improvement programs.
• Apply data analysis, simulation, and complex modeling to identify capacity constraints and improve factory output.
• Define and monitor tool performance metrics and maintain accurate capacity benchmarks and facility models.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to align capacity plans with evolving business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in factory capacity planning, layout optimization, or equipment management.
• Experience with data analysis, complex modeling, and simulation techniques.
• Experience managing inventory and production systems.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze factory workflows and drive productivity improvements.
• Ability to work in the hybrid model associated with the hirify.global site in Leixlip, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing stakeholders across functions and aligning diverse groups.
