Software Developer (.NET)

Location: Hybrid in Tbilisi, Georgia

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET and C#.
• Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs for cloud-based email and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Modernize existing applications and support migration toward modern architectures.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience with .NET technologies.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET, including ASP.NET Core, MVC, and SQL Server.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services, with knowledge of object-oriented design and software patterns.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 APIs, or Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging, or streaming technologies.
• Knowledge of email protocols and monitoring or observability tools.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
