Google Ads Demand Gen Manager

What you will do

• Plan, launch, and scale large Google Ads campaigns with a focus on Demand Gen.
• Lead video creative direction for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns, including testing, performance analysis, and hypothesis generation.
• Research keywords, audiences, competitors, and creative opportunities to identify growth areas.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization to improve ROI and business impact.
• Collaborate with motion designers and creative teams by preparing briefs for high-performing creatives.
• Develop and implement scalable, performance-focused user acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Recent experience with Demand Gen campaigns, including within the last year.
• Proven experience managing large budgets and scaling campaigns.
• Strong understanding of video-first advertising for YouTube and Demand Gen.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis.
• Intermediate English or higher, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, independence, and a data-driven approach.
