Senior Product Manager (Gaming)

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom only

What you will do

• Deliver the product team roadmap and drive measurable improvements in commercial growth and product modernisation.
• Optimise user journeys and feature adoption using behavioural and commercial data.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Own agile software delivery while balancing roadmap projects, short-term improvements, bug fixes, and technical enablement.
• Improve experimentation processes and increase decision-making speed.
• Conduct product research and discovery for new opportunities and complex problems.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience, including ownership of growth or conversion initiatives at a product-led organisation.
• Experience delivering complex digital products in agile, cross-functional environments.
• Experience running structured experimentation programmes and making data-informed decisions.
• Strong data fluency with analytics, KPIs, and user testing.
• Strong prioritisation, communication, stakeholder alignment, and influence-without-authority skills.
• International visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience leading growth for community, gaming, or user-generated content platforms.
• Interest in PC gaming and knowledge of game modding or the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Experience working with passionate communities.
