What you will do

• Complete a structured two-year rotational program with a primary placement and cross-functional rotations.
• Contribute to business-critical projects and initiatives with responsibilities comparable to full-time employees.
• Develop technical, commercial, analytical, and professional skills through practical work, training, and mentorship.
• Build relationships with senior leaders, industry experts, and colleagues across the organization.
• Support team events, learning sessions, exhibitions, auctions, and other key business activities.

Requirements

• Availability for the full-time, office-based two-year program starting in September 2027.
• University degree in any discipline completed between January 2026 and June 2027.
• Strong academic performance and evidence of leadership through academic, extracurricular, community, or professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during exhibitions, auctions, and other business events.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in an additional Asian language.
• Interest in the global art, luxury, client service, and cultural sectors.
