Director of Product Performance (Mobile F2P Gaming)

What you will do

• Lead the calendar and execution of live events, offers, and content updates for Monopoly GO!
• Drive live operations, monetization strategy, player engagement, and revenue growth.
• Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of performance product managers, economy designers, and analysts.
• Define the long-term product roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership and align it with organizational goals.
• Forecast weekly and monthly KPI and revenue targets, then develop strategies to achieve them.
• Use real-time metrics, player feedback, community and customer support insights, and competitive analysis to optimize the game economy and player experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience defining monetization strategies for casual free-to-play games.
• Hands-on experience with live operations for mobile free-to-play games.
• Strong experience forecasting and delivering revenue and key performance metrics for live games.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona, Spain.
