IAM Security Engineer – Senior

What you will do

• Architect and implement IAM integrations using SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and APIs.
• Lead automation of Joiner/Mover/Leaver access lifecycle processes.
• Design and implement RBAC and ABAC models across enterprise systems.
• Integrate IAM services into CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM incidents and support identity-related security investigations.
• Define secure IAM configuration standards and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IAM or security engineering within enterprise environments.
• Advanced practical expertise in identity federation and authentication protocols, including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Hands-on experience administering and engineering Keycloak, including realms, clients, role mapping, identity brokering, custom authentication flows, and token management.
• Experience building and optimizing Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows with Adaxes or an equivalent platform.
• Strong knowledge of IAM architecture, access control, directory service integrations, PAM, and secure API integrations.
• Strong automation and scripting skills with PowerShell, Python, or Bash, plus a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
