Motion Designer (AI)

Location: Remote or on-site; conditions listed as all locations, including Armenia, Cyprus, Poland, and Serbia.

What you will do

• Produce motion graphics and digital promotional materials for campaigns and media channels.
• Research markets and competitors to prepare visual communication ideas and proposals.
• Update and develop the internal brand visual identity.
• Handle large and complex visual communication updates.
• Adapt and maintain existing templates and design guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Expertise in AI tools for generating static and animated visuals, with a basic understanding of AI voiceover and music generation.
• Experience creating banners, videos, event visuals, and other digital promotional materials.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color, with the ability to explain design decisions.
• Strong and diverse portfolio required.
• Self-organization, initiative, communication skills, and ability to manage projects independently.

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of Figma.
• Experience in a media, PR, or marketing agency.
• Ability to create simple 3D graphics.
