Testing Manager (Electrical Power Systems)

Location: On-site in Mebane, North Carolina, United States. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Oversee testing activities for power systems, including switchgear, circuit breakers, protective relays, and electrical distribution equipment.
• Manage Factory Acceptance Tests with customers and ensure professional execution and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure testing processes are completed according to established procedures and schedules.
• Lead, supervise, and develop electrical testers and test technicians.
• Assign work, monitor performance, and maintain team productivity and quality standards.
• Act as the primary authority for electrical safety and coordinate testing activities with Manufacturing.

Requirements

• Associate degree required.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing or field experience.
• Existing authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Experience with electrical power systems is preferred.
