Business Automation & AI Specialist

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland, with office attendance 3 days per week

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Analyze and redesign business processes to reduce manual work.
• Design, build, and maintain automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Work with business users to validate solutions, support adoption, and create self-service workflows.
• Extend automations with AI and LLM-based capabilities while following security, access, and data protection standards.
• Measure time savings, operational efficiency, and ongoing maintenance costs.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building automations used in real business processes.
• Ability to analyze, simplify, and improve business workflows.
• Practical experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation tools.
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integrations, error handling, reliability, and maintainability.
• Confidence working directly with non-technical business users and practical familiarity with AI tools.
• Fluent Polish, good command of English, and availability to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Python or JavaScript scripting experience.
• Experience integrating LLMs into automation workflows, including RAG or AI agents.
• Experience delivering workshops and helping teams adopt new tools.
• Experience measuring the business impact of automation.
• Experience building reusable AI solutions such as prompts, workflows, skills, or automations.
