Marketing Lead (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; in-office five days per week

AI inference infrastructure company delivering fast inference on open models through its own GPUs for enterprise and serverless customers.

What you will do

• Build the marketing and growth function from the ground up.
• Translate engineering results involving models, inference, latency, throughput, and GPU infrastructure into market-facing content.
• Plan and execute product launches and announcements.
• Drive founder-led social media, technical content, and community initiatives.
• Plan events and support media relations.
• Measure marketing effectiveness with data and use insights to improve decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, communications, content, community, or a similarly broad role.
• Experience working in an early-stage environment without an established strategy, process, or asset library.
• Exceptional writing skills and a portfolio of personally created work.
• Strong judgment regarding messaging, content, and creative quality.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working directly with founders, engineers, and customers.
• Willingness to work in person in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI infrastructure or developer tools.
• Design, video, or marketing automation skills.
• Curiosity about models and GPU infrastructure.
