Salary: $197,100–$271,050 USD annually

What you will do
- Lead, hire, and scale a team of Specialist Solutions Architects supporting Solutions Architect and Delivery Solutions Architect organizations.
- Drive Databricks product adoption and accelerate healthcare and life science use cases into production.
- Guide the team in communicating complex, outcome-based technical results that increase customer value and platform consumption.
- Build a collaborative culture and establish processes that improve efficiency across technical field teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product Development, Operations, and other Field Engineering teams on vertical consumption and business targets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience leading, building, and guiding teams.
- Experience designing and implementing complex, large-scale solutions in healthcare and life sciences.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
- Experience in senior pre-sales or post-sales roles involving Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS professionals.
- Technical background in Data Engineering, database technologies, or Data Science, with knowledge of AI and cloud software models.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject; an MSc is desirable.
Nice to have
- Experience with genomics, bioinformatics, clinical trials, drug discovery, real-world evidence, or precision medicine.
- Experience with electronic health records, telemedicine, medical imaging, or price transparency.
- Experience scaling and mentoring field or technical teams from scratch in a hyper-growth environment.
