Manager, Cyber Defense & SaaS Security (SaaS Security)

Location: Remote within the United States; mandatory onsite Trailhead onboarding at headquarters once per quarter, with travel and accommodations covered.

Salary: $120,500–$157,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own SaaS Security strategy, tooling deployment, administration, risk management, and program maturity.
• Assess SaaS misconfigurations, excessive permissions, third-party integrations, shadow IT, and unmanaged applications.
• Build and tune detections for OAuth abuse, token theft, suspicious administrator activity, and anomalous data movement.
• Partner with IT, Procurement, GRC, Engineering, and application owners to embed security into SaaS onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Represent Cyber Defense on the SOC floor during core business hours and coordinate real-time security issues and incidents.
• Direct the daily work of an assigned Cyber Defense contractor and report SaaS security posture and risk trends to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of cybersecurity experience, including hands-on SaaS, cloud, or application security experience.
• Experience administering SSPM, CASB, or similar SaaS and cloud security tooling.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth and application permission models, SaaS-to-SaaS integration risk, and SaaS misconfiguration patterns.
• Hands-on detection engineering experience and working knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK for cloud and SaaS environments.
• Experience working in or closely with a SOC and strong real-time communication and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• GCTI, GCIH, AZ-500, or equivalent cloud and SaaS security certifications.
